Upcoming Spring 2018 Seminars: “Are You on Track to Retire?” (target audience: 50’s-60’s) This seminar will focus on getting ready for retirement. We will be talking about the State of Hawaii ERS pension and Social Security. We will also be covering retirement projections, various investment vehicles, the importance of the catch-up provision for those over 50 years old, their risk tolerance as they prepare to retire and long-term care insurance. This seminar will also include a quick introduction to estate planning (wills, trusts, probate, and legacy planning).

We will also cover which teachers might be eligible for the Student Loan Forgiveness Program. We will also give you an introduction to saving for college using either a 529 plan or Coverdell education savings account.
