Aloha Colleagues,
Mahalo to all of the School Level Leaders (SLLs) who attended our first RA meeting of the 2017 – 2018 school year on August 29 and our second RA yesterday (September 27) at Kea'au Elementary School
You should have received the hard copies our contract (Agreement between the Hawaii State Teachers Association and the State of Hawaii Board of Education, July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2021). They were delivered to your schools and distributed by your SLLs.

HSTA Fall 2017– The 21st Century Classroom Level 1 (Hilo)
Many schools are moving toward a 1:1 teaching and learning environment. This course will give teachers the foundational skill set to be effective teachers in a 1:1 environment. Specifically this course will be an introduction to: Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive and Google+. Participants will share and discuss how other educators and schools are using GAFE and create their own lessons and projects for utilizing GAFE. This course is introductory/basic for beginners at using Google, and/or who have not taken any previous Google/GAFE-related courses for PD credit. This course was formerly known as: HSTA Google Course (Level One) (PD179618). Participants may not re-take for credit.
