HILO CHAPTER HSTA elections will be held at Institute Days on Feb. 16, Hawaii Island (Hilo, Kona, Hamakua, Kohala). 2018 Voting dates, times and locations (pdf) The absentee ballot request period is now closed. If you haven't requested an absentee ballot, the only way for you to vote is in person on your chapter's Institute Day.
Candidates' are listed last name first, and in the order they will be listed on the ballot.
Note: Candidates are not listed in alphabetical order but in random order to assure fairness. The chapter candidate bios (at the end of each chapter's candidate list) are from members running for chapter NEA RA delegate as well as chapter offices. The bios were provided by the candidates, if they wished, and printed as written, with a 100-word limit. Some candidates chose not to turn in a bio. All chapters have Chapter NEA RA delegate races and some have open chapter officer positions. Please email info@hsta.org if you find any errors. Mahalo!
