Teacher Assignment and Transfer Program (TATP)

The second posting for the Teacher Assignment and Transfer Program is now online and open through April 18 with interview and selection from April 22 to May 3. Tenured teachers who are interested in applying for vacancies must submit an online application for each position.

Waimanalo teacher chosen for National Geographic expedition to the Arctic

In June, Blade Shepherd-Jones will board the National Geographic Explorer on a journey to Svalbard, where he will work with Lindblad-National Geographic experts to study and document Arctic wildlife, geology and culture.

Last weekend, the Hawaii State Teachers Association hosted a Social Justice Summit to discuss issues of bullying, homelessness, abuse and suicide prevention. Here are a few video highlights.
